Cancellation and change policy
- It is recommended we be notified of cancellations or changes at least three days prior to the reservation date.
- In case of cancellation three days prior to the reservation date: Full refund minus of 20% of room rate
- In case of cancellation three days prior to the reservation date: Full refund minus of 20% of room rate
- In case of cancellation two days prior to the reservation date: Full refund minus of 30% of room rate
- In case of cancellation one day prior to the reservation date: Full refund minus 50% of room rate
- In case of cancellation on the reservation date: 100% of room rate charged
- On Friday, weekend rate will be charged. For members, weekday night stays will be deducted.

On weekdays, if rooms are available, customers can book multiple rooms as long as they have remaining days.

How to make a booking per seasons
1) Weekdays, weekends, legal holidays, holiday seasons: Advance booking is available two months before the arrival date on
first-come-first-served basis
2) Summer peak season: You can apply for a room by May 31th. Based on the previous year's record of stays, the room
will be distributed by June 15th.
3) During summer peak season, room application is available for members only. For online application, a full member only can apply.
(Family members are not allowed)
