Please clean the room and get things ready for the next customers. Please do dishes and put garbage in recycling bins. Please return a card key to the front along with a room check list. If the room is not clean and furniture and other facilities are broken or missing, customers will be charged

For pleasant stay, we have different maximum occupancy limits depending on room sizes. Please comply with the rules.

• 24PY room - 4 persons, 33PY room - 5 persons, 39PY room - 6 persons, 46PY room - 7 persons

To turn on the power, put your key card in the box on the left and right side of the door. To turn off, remove the key. Power will stay on a rice cooker and refrigerator.

• Please keep your cash and valuables in safes at the front. We accept no liabilities for the loss of belongings not kept in safes.
• Please note the emergency evacuation map on the door.
• Portable gas burner is not allowed to use in the room for safety reasons.

• Extra bedding is not provided for persons exceeding maximum occupancy.
• 20,000KW for members and 25,000 KW for non-members will be charged

• 3,000KW for 2 towels, 5,000KW for 4 towels

• For customers staying more than 3 nights, cleaning service is provided once for free. (Please ask the service before 3 PM)
• No cleaning service is provided for customers staying less than 3 nights.

Items found in rooms will be kept in housekeeping team and upon request sent to the customers by cash on delivery after identifying the owner.

• For your convenience, please check your room number, stay dates and other information before making a phone call.
• Please note that food will be disposed of within the same working day.
• Unclaimed items will be disposed of after one month.

• Minors unaccompanied by guardians may not be allowed to stay in accordance with Juvenile Protection Act.
• Minor guests under age 19 are allowed to stay only when accompanied by a parent or on the consent of a parent. Male and female minors cannot share room.
• For exceptional case, minors can only be allowed to stay by submitting a minor staying consent form and other required documents.
